A few coping skills I have found useful as my journey continues ..
Journaling has helped me keep a record of my personal thoughts, feelings, emotion, angry outburst, how I handled the situation, so if I come across the same situation I can reflect on how I handled it the first time, to keep me on my journey to growth.
Meditation has helped me relax, stay focused, improved self-awareness and self-esteem, lower levels of stress and anxiety.
Deep breathing has helped me to relax my mind and body, reduce anxiety, depression and stress.
Find a coping skill that will be useful for you. Using your coping skills daily will help you reduce anxiety, deal with your depression, break away from bad cycles, encourage awareness, boost your physical health, etc as your journey continues to grow.
